These terms govern your use of the Encinitas Mold Inspection website and services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Scope of services

Encinitas Mold Inspection provides mold inspection, mold testing, indoor air quality testing, moisture detection and related assessment services. We do not perform mold remediation.

Reports

Inspection reports reflect conditions observed on the date of inspection. They are not a warranty of future conditions. Reports are prepared for the client of record and may not be relied upon by third parties without written permission.

Limitations

Non-invasive inspection cannot detect mold or moisture in every possible concealed area. Where warranted, we may recommend additional investigation.

Payment

Fees are quoted before service and due upon delivery of the report unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in San Diego County, California.
